Service was, at the same time, both professional and friendly adding to the experience confirming that the advertised culinary expertise is undoubtedly special.

The chalet itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facility, as well as location...for starters. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom is of ample size, and the bedroom was very comfortable. I mean, everything was perfectly organized. The pamphlets on the kitchen table were self explanatory. A super beautiful, traditional Swiss chalet!!! Highly recommendable.

Lovely house, realy warm inside, heater every room, fireplace in living room. There's sauna, washing machine, also table tenis Beautiful view of the valley infront of the house, with Wilson (friendly cat) great us in the morning 😍 Dave was really helpfull and cooperative during ourstay. Thankyou for your kindness Bus stop infront of the house every 1 hour, last bus before late night from the station is 17.30. Better to finish your trip before dark so that you can walk beside the river, otherwise you need to walk beside the road

The owner was very nice and helpful with our unexpected late check-in. A welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was a very beautiful gesture. The large and fully equipped kitchen let us prepare all possible meals. Our family really enjoyed our two days journey in this beautiful place.

L'OVERLOOK Lodge by CERVO Zermatt è situato a Zermatt, a 300 metri dalla funicolare Sunnegga Bahn e a 900 metri dal comprensorio sciistico Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. This is a great property and would definitely stay again! Brand new building and appliances/furnishings and felt very warm and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen area and the apartment had plenty of space in the living and bathroom. It’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street but was lucky enough to have had a great view of Matterhorn from the room - which made the longer walk worth it!! The free canvas bag and slippers were a nice touch as well.
