The location was very nice. Walkable to Central Park. Lovely restaurants right in the neighborhood. And the subway station was close by. The breakfast was nice: a make-your-own waffle bar, eggs, cereal, bagels, etc.

I always book with best western. This was so disappointing. It was like a run down motel. People talking in the hall until 130 in the morning slamming doors. Smoking just outside the door and leaving the door open so the smell comes inside. You can hear everything. Beds not comfortable. Don’t waste your money here. The worst stay I have ever had.
