Ryokan Hostel K's House sijaitsee 100 vuotta vanhassa rekisteröidyssä kulttuuriperintörakennuksessa Shizuokassa, 7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä JR Iton rautatieasemalta. From the moment I set foot in K's Hostel, I was entranced. Referring to it as merely a 'hostel' does a great disservice to its outstanding quality. Perfectly poised on the riverbank, it's adjacent to the iconic Tokaikan Former Ryokan. This connection is evident as K's Hostel gracefully integrates historical elements - from authentic wooden fittings and majestic staircases to the splendidly spacious tatami mat bedrooms which whisk you back to a bygone era. The hospitality didn't stop at the gorgeous ambiance; we were gifted two complimentary laundry tokens—a rarity even in many 4-star hotels. Every entry was met with warm, welcoming smiles. And the onsen? It's a delightful indulgence. Imagine bathing in fresh hot spring water amidst pristine facilities; and even with a full house, I often found myself enjoying the onsen in solitude. I'm eager to explore more of what K's Hostel locations have to offer, given this exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

Atami Sekaie is set in Atami, 2.6 km from Atami Sun Beach, 25 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, as well as 35 km from Shuzen-ji Temple. Everything! The staff were so polite and welcoming. The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!

Situated in Atami in the Shizuoka region with Atami Sun Beach nearby, SOKI ATAMI features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. It was a beautiful retreat that allowed you to unwind in a small coastal town. The traditional Japanese breakfast was wonderful and the onsen amenities were fantastic.

Set 9.1 km from Shuzen-ji Temple, Yumeguri no Yado Yoshiharu offers 5-star accommodation in Izunokuni and has a garden. Stunningly beautiful place, great service, extremely comfortable room and the onsen part was was fantastic.

Facing the seafront, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 is a ryokan providing a 2-star accommodation in Higashiizu. It features a private beach area, garden and private parking. The owners of the gutesthouse where super friendly, i felt like home there. They helped me with the planning of short trips around the peninsula, gave me a lot of tipps and answered all my questions. If i could, i would have stayed much longer! The village is very calm and peaceful, and with a short trainride you can go to all the other villages and places around the peninsula. I really enjoyed my stay here! Best guesthouse in japan!

34 km from Shuzen-ji Temple in Higashiizu, Bousui offers accommodation with access to a sauna, hot spring bath and hot tub. The property has sea and quiet street views, and is 49 km from Mount Daruma.... The hotel is situated on the sea, with an uninterrupted view, a great experience.From check-in, to the onsen, and Japanese breakfast and dinner, plus afternoon tea, we truly experienced traditional Japanese service and enjoyed it very much. From the pick up at the train station to the final drop off at the train station, the two nights and three days were the highlight of our two week trip to Japan. In particular, the lady who brought the food and beverage service to the room was very touching in her seriousness and professionalism.The receptionist is also warm and friendly, very patient and explain one by one.

The best part of the stay was the friendly staff! And that’s saying something because the room and ambience was beyond our expectations!

Featuring private open-air hot spring bath in all rooms, Isaribi is located in Hagashiizu, 2.7 km from Atagawa Hot Springs. Really lovely staff, couldn't ask for a better welcome. Lovely facilities and an overall brilliant stay. We highly recommend it. Staff spoke English fluently and surprisingly a lot better than most people in the cities!

Offering free WiFi access at public areas and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths, Tatsuta Ryokan is located a 5-minute walk from Yugashima Onsenguchi Bus Stop from which Shuzenji Station is a 30-minute... The food was probably the best I had in my life. The private onsens were beautiful and relaxing. The room was so spacious and had lots of toiletries and amenities.
